Nnamdi Ekeh, Esq.
Attorney Nnamdi Ekeh is the primary owner of Ekeh Law Firm. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and in the Federal Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He practices primarily in the areas of Driving while Intoxicated (DWI) Defense and Car Accident litigation.
Nnamdi graduated with honors from Grambling State University with a bachelor of arts (B.A) in Mass Communication. He obtained a Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University, where he was awarded the Dean Scholarship. While in law school, Nnamdi participated in discussions, seminars and peaceful protests addressing the current broken criminal justice system.
As a 2nd year law student, Nnamdi interned at the United States Congress where he researched and compiled summaries for legislative reforms affecting the country at large. He also worked with the Office of the Public Defender and Center for Death Penalty Litigation in North Carolina.
After law school, Nnamdi volunteered with the Public Defender’s Office in Dallas, Texas before opening the Ekeh Law Firm in 2014. In 2018, he successfully completed the prestigious American Chemical Society/Axion Labs 40 hour intensive course on Forensic Chromatography (for DWI blood alcohol analysis). In the same year, he was recognized as a DWI trial warrior by the Texas Criminal Defense Bar. Nnamdi is adequately equipped to challenge the alcohol blood score which is used to prove intoxication in Texas. He has also attended and participated in numerous DWI seminars and training within the country.
As a car accident litigator, Nnamdi has successfully and aggressively represented injured victims against insurance companies. He is knowledgeable about various insurance practices and uses that knowledge to demand a fair value for injured victims. He believes in the power of preparation and persistence. He is an accomplished trial attorney, with experience trying numerous criminal and civil cases throughout Texas.
Nnamdi is an avid traveler and enjoys playing soccer. He is also a Dallas Cowboys fan and strongly supports Arsenal Football (Soccer) Club. Nnamdi enjoys volunteering in the community and he is associated with numerous programs targeted at mentoring underprivileged youth.
